Drag a card. The stage timer ticks. The "whose court" pill flips. Last-activity rolls up. No spreadsheet bookkeeping.
Try dragging any card into a different column. Coop catches the stage change and ticks the timer back to zero, flips the action-status pill to whoever's on the hook next, and stamps a "last activity" timestamp on the entry. Same thing happens when you swipe Apply on a queue card or get a reply on a tracked email thread.
