Demos / Pipeline kanban

The pipeline that doesn't go stale

Drag a card. The stage timer ticks. The "whose court" pill flips. Last-activity rolls up. No spreadsheet bookkeeping.

8 entries · drag to move stage

What's happening

Try dragging any card into a different column. Coop catches the stage change and ticks the timer back to zero, flips the action-status pill to whoever's on the hook next, and stamps a "last activity" timestamp on the entry. Same thing happens when you swipe Apply on a queue card or get a reply on a tracked email thread.

01.Generic stage timestampsEvery stage in your pipeline is timestamped on entry - no hardcoded "appliedAt" field that breaks when you rename a column.
02.Whose court is itThe action-status pill defaults to whoever owes the next move. Applied → their court. Offer in hand → your court.
03.Last activity rolls upThe card surfaces the freshest signal - last email, last meeting, last drag - without forcing you to log anything.
